My stay at Pingphuplace Smart Check-In in Chiang Mai had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to shopping venues and serene spots. however, the service and room conditions left much to be desired. I appreciated some thoughtful touches from the owners, but they couldn't overshadow the negatives I experienced.
